Last updated: [date of launch]

This notice explains how EIGEN LAB Ε.Ε. (“EIGEN”, “we”) handles personal data on eigen.gr.

Who we are

EIGEN LAB Ε.Ε., Athens, Greece. ΓΕΜΗ [TODO], ΑΦΜ [TODO]. Contact: hello@eigen.gr.

What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and the site loads no third-party resources.

Why and on what basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How it is processed

The form is delivered through our own Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the EU (Stockholm region) and arrives as an email in our mailbox, hosted by Google Workspace. The website itself does not store form submissions. Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver pages (such as IP address and browser type); we do not use it to identify visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and delete it on request unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by emailing hello@eigen.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
